How it functions...
1. Fill out the Online Application Form or call us at 04 2730313
2. Have the accompanying records prepared:
Both Parent's Passports and visa duplicate.
Unique Emirates ID's of guardians (it would be ideal if you note that the name on the visa and emirates ID ought to be the equivalent)
Unique Marriage Certificate confirmed in Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE
Unique Birth Notification (this is only a print-out with the Hospital's stamp on it)
3. We will send a Company Representative to get everything from you and convey it a while later!
